Zwartkop Golf Estate is situated around the Zwartkop Country Club in Clubview, Centurion. The golf course is situated along the banks of the Hennops River. The Zwartkops Country Club is considered a historical site. Phase 5 which will be developed around the Zwartkop Golf Course would be a commercial development.

An application is in progress for the development of a hotel and office park. The intention is to have approximately
12 700m² of development in the initial phase.

The proposed site plan for Phase 5 would consist of the Hotel site and 4 Office Blocks as set out below.

The intention is to also incorporate Erf 1129 and Erf 1130 of Clubview 92 into the proposed office park and in the attached layout depicts the incorporation of these two stands. An office block of approximately 798m² is envisaged.

Furthermore the intention is to incorporate Erf 1126 Clubview 92, which is already zoned as offices into development. This would potentially add another 3 780m² to the development. The existing structures would have to be demolished to make place for the new proposed office blocks.
